Under Sale Record options, is your most recent account activity. To view all of the successful transactions, click on Account Statement.

HOW DO I FIND MY USERNAME I PASSWORD?
If you forget your password, go to the "Sign in" and click on "Forgotten password?". A link to change your password will be sent to your e-mail.

HOW TO UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The personal information gathered when you create a secure account with Carlo Rino can be changed by you at any time by managing your account online. Simply log into your account and change the necessary details.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE AN AFFILIATE ACCOUNT?
The creation of this account will allow you to benefit fully from the Affiliate Partnership Program by Carlo Rino: check the clicks performance, current account activity, up-to-date commission earned etc. To receive any news from Carlo Rino, you must key in your email address in the subscription box on the home page of your account.

All your account information at Carlo Rino will only be used as part of your relationship with Carlo Rino. This information can be changed by you at any time by managing your account online.

HOW DO I CHOOSE AND CHANGE YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD?
Changing your preferred payment method on your account will not affect billing agreement, subscription, or recurring payment. You can update your preferred payment method on billing agreement, subscription, or recurring payment at any time in your account. You can select and change your preferred payment method whenever you want by logging in to your Carlo Rino account. Here's how to select and change your preferred payment method:

Log into your account. Go to Change Your Payment Preference.

Under Payment Options, click the payment method (by Cheque or Bank Transfer) you would like to make your preferred payment method.

Click Update after you have completed the necessary details.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY EARNED COMMISSION?
The commission will be confirmed after 20 days of the purchase is made (exclude the returned items). Payment will be made according to your preferred payment method every 5th and the 20th of the month.

WILL I BE NOTIFIED ONCE CARLO RINO HAS MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH MY PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD?
Yes. You will receive a payment notification email once the payment has been successfully made if you have selected bank transfer as your preferred payment method. Otherwise, our representative will be contacting you once the cheque is ready to collect if you have selected receiving cheque as your preferred payment method.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY TRANSACTION HISTORY?
Under Account Statement options
Click View Your Statement History
In the Statements dropdown, select Download I Print.

HOW DO I TERMINATE THIS AFFILIATE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IF I'M NO LONGER INTERESTED?
Written notice of 15 days to terminate the contract by either party.
